The NonStopGov Online Payments option provides integrated online payment facilities, allowing real time authorisation of payment card transactions. Flexible wizard driven configuration facilities allow interaction with the payment service provider of your choice, whether this is an external service provider such as WorldPay or your own internal payment systems. Where NonStopGov forms require payment of a fee, payment facilities are seamlessly integrated with the online transaction allowing form details to be saved even where payments are declined. Alternatively, NonStopGov online payments may be utilised for one-off or regular payments such as council tax, parking fines, or business rates. Extensive integration tools allow for validation of reference numbers and upload on payment received. Financial journals may be transformed using extensible style sheets into comma separated or other formats for easy upload into revenue systems. Registered customers may elect to re-use card details from transactions. However, credit card details are NOT stored on your database. Integrated case management facilities allow for further payments to be made subsequent to form submission, as well as for payments to be voided and/or refunded. |
