The NonStopGov Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour module allows a specialist Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Team to manage case referrals as well as allowing frontline staff, such as local housing offices or nuisance control teams, to authorise and refer new complaints to the ASB Team.
The NonStopGov ‘Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour’ allows frontline offices to:
- Give complainants online access to update incident logs
- Log details of incidents and record incident logs
- Send acknowledgement letters to complainant and perpetrator
- Agree action plan with complainant
- Submit an Anti-Social Behaviour Referral to manager for authorisation before
handling by a specialist team (such as a Neighbour Relations or
Anti-Social Behaviour Team)
- Record notes of incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Respond to correspondence
- Respond to formal complaints and Ombudsman enquiries
The NonStopGov ‘Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour’ allows specialist teams to:
- Allocate cases to a case officer
- Create an online case file
- Complete and record details of an initial Review and Action meeting within a
standard target time (such as 5 working days)
- Send a letter to the complainant confirming proposed action
- Complete and record details of a second Review and Action meeting within a standard
target time (such as 8 weeks)
- Categorise incidents
- Request a Technical Inspection where necessary
- Record details of interviews with complainant and alleged perpetrator(s)
- Allow online access for complainant to update incident logs
- Share case file with other agencies
- Refer a case for mediation
- Refer a case for noise monitoring
- Refer a case for consideration at a meeting that may make recommendations
- Send Warning Letters to perpetrator(s)
- Generate an Acceptable Behaviour Contract
- Process an application for an Anti-Social Behaviour Order
