NonStopGov Customer Services provides pre-configured forms and facilities to allow capturing and processing of various forms of service requests and customer feedback, including enquiries, compliments, suggestions and complaints. NonStopGov provides full support of all stages of the Local Authority supplement to CMSAS 86:2000, the British Standards Institute's Complaints Management Scheme.
 
Integrated facilities allow you to define and configure your procedures to your own needs. Customers may track their complaints (along with other cases) through online electronic case files. Where complainants are not happy with the response provided, they may request further investigations online.
 
Management are provided with detailed statistics on issues raised, complaint resolution as well as response times.
