	A user-friendly, wizard-based forms designer enables speedy development of forms. NonStopGov was designed for use by non-IT staff within a Government context. No programming experience is required to design forms through our browser based interface.   Standard pages and predefined components allow the creation of forms by setting just a few simple properties.   Files may be uploaded with forms where relevant, and within constraints defined for MIME type and file size.   Pages may include an unlimited number of attributes and may be defined as "multi-row", allowing easy generation of dialogues for users to enter "repeating groups" of information. Forms sections and attributes may be duplicated, copied and pasted within or across forms to speed forms development.   Version control facilities allow generation of new versions of forms without affecting existing completed or saved submissions.   Users may be defined as either forms designers or administrators, allowing forms designers to be shielded from shared facilities such as external system interfaces, channel definitions and forms components.
